Cambodia's Cellcard accelerates 5G rollout with over 500 basestations

Cambodian mobile network operator Cellcard has announced a significant acceleration in the deployment of its fifth-generation mobile infrastructure across the kingdom. The service provider confirmed that it has already activated more than 500 5G base stations as part of an aggressive strategy to enhance digital connectivity for its domestic subscriber base. The operator is currently working toward a specific short-term objective of reaching 1,000 active 5G sites by the end of July.
